POPPY

Biography

Poppy is a curious and high spirited girl who loves to run around. She is 100% litter trained and highly motivated by food, especially dried apple pieces. She is affectionate on her own terms and will sit with her foster family and climb over them when they are at her level. She has started to warm up to being petted and even when she's not in the mood for snuggling, she'll always be hanging out nearby. She also loves to boop her humans and give the odd lick before running off again.
Poppy is feisty, playful and fun to watch and interact with. She loves to hunt for her treats in and under dishes and in your hands. Occasionally she can be startled by loud or sudden movements but that doesn’t stop her from checking out every corner of the room and the people in it.
Since Poppy is an angora mix, her adopter will need to keep up with her grooming with regular brushing and occasional haircuts.
